At TurboFit, we stand behind the quality of our exchange turbochargers and aim to provide reliable products and professional service.
Warranty Period
Our turbochargers are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use and within the warranty period.
What Is Covered
The warranty may cover:
Manufacturing defects
Component failure caused by a manufacturing fault
Faults occurring under normal operating conditions
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation or fitting
- Incorrect oil supply or contamination
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Foreign objects entering the turbocharger
- Over-speeding or misuse
- Modifications or unauthorised repairs
- Faults caused by other vehicle components
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty Claims
If you believe your turbocharger has developed a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may require:
- Your order or invoice details
- Vehicle registration
- Details of the problem
- Photos or other relevant information
- Inspection of the turbocharger
Do not remove, repair or modify the turbocharger before contacting us, as this may affect your warranty claim.
Warranty Assessment
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment. If the fault is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, TurboFit will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
